This program is designed for all fitness levels. Whether you’re a beginner looking to build a strong foundation or an experienced athlete aiming to optimize performance, the exercises can be scaled to match your abilities.
Not at all! The program includes exercises that can be done with minimal equipment, and many movements use just your body weight or can be substituted with bands or household objects. If you have access to a gym, you can enhance your training, but it's not required.
The program requires just 4 sessions per week, with each session lasting 30-45 minutes. It's designed to fit into your busy schedule while delivering maximum results in minimal time.
